Awesome trail for everybody. It has lots of lil' ups and downs covered in roots. The Tarheel Trailblazers have created a trail that really makes good use of the land with whoop-de-doos, technical short climbs and some really fast swooping singletrack.
It's made up of two separate loops, both starting at each parking lot and connected by a service road and a new section of singletrack that is really fun.
Take 77 to Tyvola, if from N, turn right, South, turn left. Go @ 2-3 miles to Renaissance Park. You can park in tennis court parking lot, but most park in softball field parking lot.
